Whitefield Cottage gains planning permission

We are happy to announce our recent planning permission for Whitefield Cottage. The plans seek to create a sensitive addition to the Grade II listed building.

The proposal looks to improve the performance of the building by introducing modern systems to help provide efficient heating and power. This will eliminate the reliance on an oil based heating system, reducing the costs for the users and more importantly, the planet.

Planning permission was gained after impressing the authority with a well presented scheme. The project preserves the character of the Grade II listed building and respects the wider conservation area and green belt. Previous pre-application advice was initially sought to ensure a a scheme that is both sustainable and considerate of the local plans.
